23 MAY 2012: Sunwing says that distributing its brochures earlier than ever this year has paid off, and it is already seeing an increase in levels of bookings compared to last year.

By booking early the company says travellers are locking in their first choice of flight dates and first choice of hotel options.

Sunwing suggests that some of the reason for the early bookings is the new Price Drop Guarantee, which guarantees that if a winter vacation is booked with Sunwing before 31 July 2012, and the price of the same vacation later gets reduced, Sunwing will refund the difference.

“Winter may seem a long way away, but some key dates, especially around Christmas and New Year are already proving very popular especially at our Smile properties with their added value for families“, said Andrew Dawson, president of Tour Operations.

“Now you can book your getaway, safe in the knowledge that if the price does come down, Sunwing will send you a cheque.”

The Price Drop Guarantee applies to Sunwing Winter vacations departing on or after December 19th 2012, up to a maximum of $400 per adult.

Group bookings and Hotel Only bookings are not included in the promotion.
