14 SEP 20: Lillian Burgess, who continued to operate in Cayuga, Ontario as Cap’n Bob and Lil’s Tours, after her registration under the Ontario Travel Industry Act was revoked in August 2009, has been convicted on one count of operating as a travel agent without registration.

Burgess received a suspended sentence.
